Processing Time & Shipping:
Please allow us 1-5 business days to prepare and ship your order. During this time, we carefully check and package everything before sending it out - except on weekends, when we take a break.

Shipping Duration:
Your treasures usually arrive within 5-15 business days. However, this is just an estimate - sometimes unforeseen events like natural disasters or customs delays may cause longer waiting times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

Tracking:
Once your package has left our warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this, you can check online at any time to see where your order is. By the way, since our products come from different corners of the world, they may arrive in multiple packages.

Correction of Delivery Address:
Oops, made a mistake? No problem, email us at pawtifycs@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order. It's best to reply directly to your order confirmation email or in live chat.

Damaged Items:
It's IMPORTANT to open your cellphone, and take a video of you opening the parcel. Make sure the parcel is not yet tampered. Without the video, we cannot process the refund right away. If something arrives damaged, we're really sorry about that. Contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge.

Duties and Taxes:
You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees that your country may impose. We have no control over any delays caused by customs.

Unclaimed Packages:
Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or if no one was home will not be resent. If there are delivery issues, please contact the delivery service directly.

Where can I find my order number?
Directly in the confirmation email we sent you after your purchase. If you can't find it anymore, email us with your name and email address at pawtifycs@gmail.com

 

What to do in case of delivery delays?
If your delivery is delayed, please don't panic. The indicated delivery times are only estimates. If there are any problems and your tracking doesn't show any updates, just contact us at pawtifycs@gmail.com
